Yesterday I took another new step towards my side hustle business and I was thinking of writing a quick post about current status.
If you have read previously my blog posts about the status of my side hustle business you have noticed that I have not yet had any sales yet. I tried different strategies, like creating FB ads to get traffic to my listing and optimizing my listing and I also studied what made successful sellers successful and what they all had in common.
I then made a new plan and currently, I am running the second phase of it, which is getting traffic.
When I ran with new plan first round of FB ads I still didn’t get any sales. However, what was different was that I got lots of contacts about the product I was advertising. However, all contacts I received on my shopping platform were in fact scammers, so no luck yet.
Today I started trying out for video ads and they start running today. Let’s see how it goes.
The reason why I want to give you these updates is because I want to give you a realistic picture of my journey and no BS attached.
The last time I ran FB ads with my new plan and new products as well I noticed that I got my CPC went down from €0.11 to €0.05, which is a huge improvement. If I would have got sales I would definitely keep ads running.
